Printing Ts&Cs
You, the client, need to understand that;
There may be colour variation between what you see on your screen and the final printed product, and that this occurs due to differences in the way colours are managed on the screen (RGB) and print (CMYK)
Screen proofing is not indicative of the final print result, and that printed colours can vary between printing companies, jobs and different print runs
Designerbloom will not be responsible for any colour variations on printing as these factors are beyond control
Designerbloom is not responsible for any spelling, grammatical, typographical errors, omissions or incorrect information in the final product
Any changes that are required post approval/printing will incur additional design and print fees
Designerbloom may require upfront payment before sending files to print.
How it works...
For product label stickers I will ask you to send me your items (bottles/ containers/ packets etc) to work up the sizings and offer suggestions, or work with the dimensions you supply.

For direct print-to-packaging, you'll source your own printer, they will provide a template/ cutter guide. I work with this template and send layout concepts until the design is fully approved.
For labels, I can recommend and organise the printing for you. For box packaging, I provide you the print-ready art files and you pass on to your printer of choice, where they'll print and produce your packaging and send directly to you.

What Legally needs to go on your Beauty Product Label in New Zealand?
If you're launching your own beauty, skincare or wellness brand in New Zealand, you're probably thinking about packaging, labels, and how to stand out on the shelf.
But, before you fall in love with fonts and colours, it's important to know what you're legally required to include on your product labels – like addresses, expiry dates, batch numbers.
Here’s a breakdown of everything you need to include, plus tips to make your label both compliant and beautifully branded.

Your packaging is often the very first thing people notice about your product, before they even try what’s inside.
Let's work together to create a design that's eye catching, tells your story, stands out on the shelf, and meets all the technical requirements for printing and compliance. Please complete the form below and I'll get back to you soon.
Graphic Design for Print – my first area of expertise
It all started with graphic design for print; way back in 2002 when I was employed to design printed newsletters, annual reports and real estate adverts. I learned a lot about the printing process;
How on-screen colour can vary drastically when printed
How colour limitations can affect the design
How you can only guarantee a colour outcome if you pay for Pantone inks (and even then you aren't guaranteed a 100% colour match or consistency)
How newspapers can destroy a beautiful piece of art!
How you benefit from my experience
It is from these years of experience and learning in an office environment (both from amazing co-workers and also companies able to pay for reprints after my mistakes!) that you can trust me with your print requirements today. There are so many factors that need to be considered when creating design for print, and I will manage all these processes for you, and explain along the way when necessary.
