Where appropriate, we deploy carefully positioned advertising to attract active talent and reinforce ZURU's employer brand in market. All messaging is professionally managed and aligned to ZURU's culture and values, protecting your reputation with every candidate interaction.
We assess well beyond CVs. For every candidate we conduct behavioural and technical interviews to ensure alignment with the role requirements and ZURU DNA. Additional psychometric assessments can also be incorporated into a role-specific recruitment process if required.

Mike brings 20+ years of experience placing people with technology-centric skills across hi-tech, transformational, and high-growth businesses. He has worked across New Zealand, the UK, and the US, building deep networks and a genuine understanding of what makes a great tech hire. Prior to Talinger, Mike was Head of IT Recruitment at Alexander James and has held senior roles at Hudson and MorningGroup.
